Your privacy
RAISA collects only what is needed to send you news you asked for and to deliver the art you collect. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What we collect
- When you join the list or R-TV: your email address, the interests you choose, and your state or country so we can tell you about shows near you.
- When you collect a piece: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, and what you bought. Your card is entered into our payment processor's secure form; the card number never reaches our website, and we never see or store it.
- When you request a commission or the private catalog: the details you write to us.
- When you visit: which pages you view, the website or ad that sent you, whether you use a phone or computer, and your approximate location (city, state and country), worked out from your connection. We use no cookies for this and do not keep your IP address. We use it only to see how people find the site and where to hold shows.
How we use it
- To send the emails you signed up for, which you can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To process your payment, ship your order, and email you about it.
- To keep the record of authenticity for Gallery Editions and originals: each piece's serial number is linked to its sale, so its certificate can be verified.
- To answer your messages.
Who helps us
A few trusted services handle information for us, only to do their part and under their own privacy and security commitments. None of them may use it for anything else.
- Our payment processor handles payments.
- Our shipping carrier receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your piece.
- Our email services send our newsletter, order emails and sign-in links.
- Our hosting and database providers run the website and store its records securely.
- Our studio email provider handles mail to art@byraisa.com.
We may share information if the law requires it. Otherwise it stays with us and these services.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in as a member, one cookie keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. Our payment processor's card form may use its own cookies to prevent fraud.
How we protect it
The site runs only over encrypted connections. Your records are kept in a private database that visitors cannot read, and only the studio can see them. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to art@byraisa.com. We keep order records only as long as tax law and the record of authenticity require.
